Growth Skills Honored by Search Engine Land & U.S Search Awards – Wins Two Awards

It has been a big year for us here at Growth Skills and we are starting Q4 with one of the most exciting happenings yet.

Growth Skills is incredibly honored to receive two prestigious search awards.

Leading the Industry with Innovative SEO & Content

The US Search Awards acknowledges the top digital campaigns from agencies and individuals across the search engine marketing industry. Of the 30 award categories, Growth Skills took home the “The Most Innovative Campaign (SEO) award, which recognizes innovation within a SEO campaign that shows use of strategy or implementation that sets it apart from the competition.

Search Engine Land, a leading search marketing publication, created “The Landy Awards” which are considered to be the highest honors in the search marketing industry. SEO and digital marketing companies around the world submit entries to the yearly Landy Awards, which aims to recognize individuals, agencies, and internal marketing teams within the digital marketing community who have demonstrated excellence in executing organic and paid search marketing campaigns and research initiatives.

For both these awards, judges looked for campaigns that demonstrate excellent results that meet or exceed objectives. Growth Skills was evaluated and won for its work in developing FlavorFix.com, the first media platform targeting the highly regulated industries of cannabis, CBD and alcohol.

With regulatory roadblocks in paid media, we focused our efforts heavily on organic reach to achieve over 475% ROI.  The impressive growth and success of FlavorFix.com was made possible using a holistic approach to digital marketing, using SEO and content marketing tactics as its cornerstone. Today, Flavor Fix is in the top three positions for a variety of high-volume keywords in Google with zero spend in paid advertising, while generating strong revenues and amassing high-quality business leads.

Building Strategic Publishing Brands

The industry recognition we used to transform FlavorFix.com into a publishing leader in its sectors showcases Growth Skills’ strong capabilities in growing brands and helping businesses gain customers and increase their lifetime value. We will use the holistic approach and award-winning innovative strategy that we used to develop Flavor Fix to help our clients create relevant and meaningful connections with their audiences. In fact, we are also leveraging what we learned to build other publishing sites to help brands reach and understand certain audiences. 

Launching UrbanIncome.com to Help Minorities Improve Their Finances

For example we are launching Urban Income a financial site focused on help minorities and underserved communities improve their finances. We will use SEO and Content to target search terms and teach minorities how to earn, save and invest better. Then partner with brands to provide tools and financial services that will help our audience. This is a win win for brands and minorities that have traditionally been forgotten by financial institutions. This also allows Growth Skills to leverage our Learning IQ training platform and Protege+ Career Development program to help minorities earn the skills to make more money in lucrative careers like SEO, Content and Growth Marketing.
