Welcome To Growth Skills
Growth Skills is a digital learning consultancy. Our learning platform teaches members deep digital skills to help them grow their careers and businesses. We allow members to earn money as they learn and believe people learn faster when they learn together. Our platform encourages learning through gamification, rewards, study groups, and mentorship. We also provide paid projects and job placement for members who take learning seriously. Growth Skills is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
Apprenticeship : Earn While you Learn
Members that take learning serious on the Growth Skills platform can unlock the Apprentice badge and get access to our Earn While you Learn program. We connect Apprentices with Small Business owners who are looking for quality work at an affordable price. The Growth Skills team then mentors the Apprentices as they complete projects for Small Businesses. This way our Apprentices get paid while they improve their skills and the Small Businesses get quality work backed by the Growth Skills team and years of experience.
Each one Teach One
When you sign up as a paid member we give a membership away to someone who can’t afford it. This ensures we are helping those who are serious about learning but don’t have the money to invest in it.
A wiseman once said, “ I never let schooling get in the way of my education.” Our founder Lavall Chichester embodied that and used learning to expedite his success. He purposely learned a new skill every year and those skills compounded over time to help him accomplish things like:
1. Agency Growth: Turning the search group at Profero into a multimillion dollar group in less than a year.
2. Career Growth: Becoming Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for JumpCrew.
3. Career Accomplishments: Making AdAge’s coveted 40 under40 list.
Our mission is to teach you how to learn so you can become successful. We will teach you the digital skills you need to grow your career and business. We aim to help you make money while you are learning. More importantly we will encourage you to learn and teach others.
